The Education Transformation Oversight Committee (ETOC) continues to make progress in implementing the recommendations of the Jamaica Education Transformation Commission (JETC). ETOC has been charged with monitoring the implementation of 365 recommendations contained in the report of the JETC, which was chaired by Professor Orlando Patterson.
